Appointment letter issuance and joining process of Group –A, B, C &D employees.- Matters relating to I. card, Medical Booklet, service books, service records etc.(for group B, C &D employees)- Maintenance of service book of group B, C &D employees. Maintenance of leave records including LTA, issue of orders and all leave related matters i.e. unauthorised leave, absenteeism. .(for group B, C &D employees ) - Pension case and post service benefits. - Budget preparations for establishment.- Taxation matters-IT, Professional tax, GPF/EPF deduction, Cess etc. (for group B,C&D employees), .- Training – All types including vocational Training, Apprenticeship Training. - HR Initiative - All HR new initiatives like Grievance Redressal,Suggestion Box/Operation Scheme.Birthday greeting Policy- Advance increment for acquiring higher qualification in accordance of Corporation’s order.- Other events, recognition of good services of employees, their son & daughters.- KPA, AAR and Property Return.
