I am a lifelong learner and a career changer, with a passion for software engineering and cyber security. I graduated from Flatiron School's Software Engineering bootcamp, where I learned how to use Javascript, ReactJS, and Ruby on Rails to build full-stack web applications. I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Cyber Security at Southern New Hampshire University, where I am expanding my knowledge of network security, cryptography, and ethical hacking. I have also earned two CompTIA certifications, IT Fundamentals and Security+, to demonstrate my proficiency and commitment to the field.I am looking for opportunities to apply my skills and knowledge to solve real-world problems, and to collaborate with a team that shares my values of innovation, excellence, and curiosity. I have a great ability to learn and implement new technologies, and I am eager to join a team that will reflect that. I am also a veteran aircraft structural maintenance technician, with four years of experience in the US Air Force, where I developed my leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. I am proud of my diverse and rich background, and I believe it gives me a unique perspective and an edge in the IT industry.
