-Responsible for transferring all new loan sales before the cutoff date-Prepare any manual reports required by the investor guidelines.-Ensure all remittances are made on contractual due date and balances are available in clients account for transfer-Review exception reports and clear/resolve items timely.-For Scheduled investor, ensure that the loan/pool level security balances, test of expected P&I, and cashbook reports are properly maintained.-Complete bank account reconciliation according to investor guidelines.-Respond to client/Investor inquiries quickly and appropriately

-Project Based Position-Verifying loan files and making sure all the information inputted is correct and accurate-Emailing relevant people if any discrepancy found in the data inputted. -Worked on diversified set of loan files such as Cash out Refinance, non Cash-Out Refinance and Construction loans-Inputting Company provided Promotional credits to customer's loan file. -Emailing Customers Post consummations Closing Disclosure-Updating Customer Records and resolving any issues found

-Project Based Position-Reviewing of documents and verifying scanned documents with the data entered in Agile and JD Edwards-Copy and pasting of Files in relevant folders-Extracting PDF's-Identifying documents types and uploading them into Agile-Labeling new files and documents.
