As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Prohire Global, I am passionate about finding and hiring the best talent for our clients in various industries. I have a background in hospitality and food and beverage, which gives me a unique perspective and insight into the customer service and operational aspects of these sectors.I work closely with the project coordinator to map the availability of the resources and lead the crowdsourcing squad to source screen, and interview candidates. I have successfully helped fill multiple positions across different levels and functions, such as tech, marketing, finance, and sales. I also contribute to the development and improvement of our recruitment processes and strategies, ensuring quality and efficiency.I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of Gunadarma, where I am learning the fundamentals of organizational behavior, strategic management, and entrepreneurship.
