Senior Software Engineer
Neopost Technologies Ltd
High volume Production and Office Mail processing machines that automate the folding, collating and insertion of documents into envelopes. My role is to develop and maintain the Intelligent Mailing Operating System (IMOS), Windows based, touch screen application. IMOS is the operators central interface to the machine and is responsible for hardware configuration, job programming, job statistics / logging and run time interaction. I am part of an agile 2 man team using a single, complex, C++ code base (approx 450k LOC) to build an IMOS application for 6 different mailing machines. Responsibilities include feature enhancements, Special Purchase Requests, defect resolution, whilst being highly adaptable to constantly changing priorities and ensuring the code base is still maintainable.
