In my various roles, I forge stakeholder and community relations and expand advocacy efforts by developing and facilitating programs and workshops aimed at empowering survivors.I have authored four books, including One of the Lucky Ones, Always, and A Collection of Poems, which serve as educational resources to raise awareness and support survivors of domestic violence.My memoir and stories continue to educate and empower hundreds of thousands of people. With a book published and sold in Barnes & Noble, and featured in dozens of podcasts such as Dear Katie: Survivor Stories, Speaking Candidly with Candace, and She Wakes Up, I have learned to expand reach across various channels and audiences. My mission is to provide survivors with access to community and support.I draw energy and inspiration from sharing my story, connecting with other survivors who may feel alone, and making a positive difference in the lives of families.
