I am a young and motivated achiever with diverse experience out of jobs, interns and volunteering living in Frankfurt and studying Psychology who can't wait to get the carreer started. I have a strong desire to gain & enhance business-relevant HR skills striving for excellence while reaching for profound job experience even during my studies. My goal is to provide you with skilled and perfectly fitting employees & leaders by recruiting, training and coaching for achieving major business goals. In my work, I want to put emphasis on diversity, fairness and individuality. I want to get to know people well, empower radically and challenge myself and others steadily by new ways of thinking and doing as well as ambitious goals/missions. That's the only way to handle and master VUCA-environments. I am passionate about getting to know awesome people, work with them and provide perfect conditions for their developement. Apart, I want to achieve breakthroughs by working at the pain points of people and to be a supporter for becoming the better version of oneself and carrying out satisfying and high-quality work. This is why recruiting, training and coaching suits perfectly. My previous experience at jobs, interns and volunteering helped to develope essential skills. I took the roles of an initiator, leader and consultant which required to structure, organize and delegate work, to set-up teams and also to work in teams. Apart, it is a fundamental part of my life to always learn new things, challenge myself and do teamwork and fundamental trait of myself to analyse and organize things.
