Current• Own full cycle recruiting for Vehicle Engineering, Robotics Software Engineering, Additive Manufacturing, and Development Test. • Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand key technical requirements, create job descriptions and recruiting strategies that match business needs.• Implement data-driven recruitment strategies by leveraging ATS, Gem, and LinkedIn data and metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize recruiting strategy. • Sourced, screened, successfully managed offer negotiations and closed candidates through a combination of LinkedIn, ATS, networking, and referrals.• Develop interview training programs for hiring managers and interviewers, to ensure a more consistent and equitable interview practices.• Stood up recruiting efforts for a newly created R&D arm of the company.• Lead a top performing recruiting team of 2, overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing recruiting processes, ensuring alignment with hiring goals at a scaling startup.• Conduct regular 1:1's, performance and career development plans, providing feedback, coaching & unblocking challenges, and mentorship to enhance team productivity and individual recruiter growth.
