Legal counsel providing support in respect of debt or equity transactions on capital markets, with a specific focus on debt securities.Responsibilities:• Prepare and negotiate transaction documentation such as prospectus, engagement letters, placement or underwriting agreements, syndicate documentation etc.;• Support the origination teams on legal or contractual aspects of capital market transactions.
