Henry Brito is Vice President and Partner of IBG and the National Sales Manager for eLeaderTech, Inc. Henry’s vast experience in the Automotive Retail Industry is of great benefit to the dealers he serves. In 1978, Henry began his automotive career at Mark Miller Pontiac Subaru. Initially thinking that his sales position would only carry him through the summer, he fell in love with the automobile industry. He went on to hold the positions of fleet manager, lease manager, and finance manager. Prior to his automotive occupation, Henry help found the Professional Freestyle Association in Salt Lake City, Utah, working as both a freestyle coach and for Utah Acadamy of Freestyle.In 1986, Henry joined the forces of American Nationial Insurance Company and then became a founding employee of American Financial and Automotive Services as an account representative. In 1990, he was promoted to the position of Western Regional Manager for the American Financial intermountain operations. Henry joined Western Diversified, a subsidiary of Protective Life, as their National Reinsurance Manager in 1999. By 2000, Protective promoted Henry to Vice President of Operations and for the western United States and National Reinsurance Manager . Henry is an expert on Affiliated Reinsurance Companies (ARCs) for automobile dealerships. He focuses on the formation of each individual auto dealership’s ARC, and then guides the owner in creating wealth through the effective administration of their ARC.Henry was first exposed to the automobile industry in 1963 at Brito’s Texaco, located in Kearns, Utah. As a youngster, his father taught him how to pump gas, change oil and turn a wrench. It was there that young Henry learned the value of hard work, integrity and honesty.Henry joined IBG and eLeaderTech, Inc. in January 2002. Henry and his wife, Mendi, enjoy skiing, fishing, and music of all kinds, but especially blues and jazz.
