I was in charge of the patients on our geropsychiatric ward. This included weekly individual therapy sessions, daily group therapies, documentation, hospital discharge letters, admissions, diagnostic, talking to the relatives of the patients, weekly interdisciplinary team meetings, etc. I also received regular supervision and had recourse to my chief.
