I am a United States Army veteran and Data Scientist. I work with leaders, decision-makers, and companies to help them understand the ripple effect of their decisions and how one decision can transform the physiological, financial, and emotional state of organizations and the community they serve.I explore the driving forces behind sound decision-making and excellent leadership skills. I share how by adopting some of the Army values when making any decision, which includes: personal responsibility, resilience, self-sacrifice, duty, honor, integrity, and personal courage, leaders are well equipped to make informed decisions. Additionally, I share how Data allows leaders to look at the bigger picture, enabling them to make well-informed decisions that transform how they implement strategies for their businesses. I have identified how organizations that encourage a culture of taking personal responsibility, the core driver of the Army culture, create an internal ripple effect by creating a shift to collective responsibility, which in turn shifts the leadership culture to one that is more harmonious based. In my presentations and workshops, I explore ideas to transform how we run our businesses, including the touch of harmony, empathy, and compassion. I truly believe that the only way we can be successful in life is if we seek to understand rather than judge, cooperate while taking personal responsibility, and act courageously to transform ourselves and our community.In 2021, I launched the No Common Measure podcast, where I discuss ideas of success, leadership, and how love, service, and compassion can lead to success and successful leadership.You’ll find me by the lake reading under a tree in my spare time.
