Founded in 2022, Burning Heroes is a rapidly growing global non-profit association of founders, investors, and innovators.

Founded in 2003, the British Higher School of Art and Design is one of the most important educational centres in Russia, working in close partnership with the Faculty for the Creative and Cultural Industries of the University of Hertfordshire in the UK and specialising in professional education in various creative fields.In this capacity, I co-developed a course about the creation of digital products and their development that attracted 24 students and achieved an 85% completion rate.

Founded in 1992, HSE University is a major research and academic institution, which regularly appears in high-profile global rankings such as QS, THE and ARWU and has become the only Russian university to appear in the Top 100 of the best young universities, according to THE Young University Rankings.In this capacity, I developed and led an optional module about service design approach within the MSc Electronic Business and Digital Innovations programme that attracted 20 students in total.Moreover, as a mentor, I guided two graduating students during the last academic year (2022/2023) and reviewed their MCs thesis. Both of them achieved a high graduation mark for their thesis (9 out of 10).

Arrival is a UK-based tech company that aims to revolutionise the EV industry by leveraging emerging technologies and pioneering a new method of vehicle production.In my current capacity at Arrival, I am leading computer-aided solutions in the design engineering stream of 50+ members, which is evident in the following:→ Implemented the ‘Design for X’ methodology, leading to predictable and sustainable vehicle production costs and readiness;→ Initiated a research strategy that improved the discovery process, enhanced group insight-sharing, and fostered an understanding of the end-to-end engineering process, increasing adoption rates by 25%;→ Implemented an ecosystem approach to streamline the user experience, leading to a reduction of the Time-to-Release rate for digital solutions within the stream by 50%.

Initially, when I joined Arrival, I was responsible for a digital solution that aimed to plan a fully automated production strategy for much smaller factories than competitors, enabling genuinely flexible production with competitive CapEx and OpEx for adjustable volumes.In this capacity, I co-led a dedicated cross-functional team of 10+ members, developing a mid-term strategy to improve the production planning process using in-house technologies, which was evident in the following:→ Identified and capitalised on an opportunity to implement technologies within the composite production team, aligning with urgent business objectives and achieving a significant reduction in planning time by 30X, which enabled the team to plan faster and identify a more cost-efficient production strategy.

Wrike is a US-based tech company that is focused on enhancing productivity and efficiency by building the all-in-one platform to manage projects, organise work, enhance collaboration and accelerate execution across all departments.In my capacity at Wrike, I led a dedicated cross-functional team of 10+ members, formulating the mid-term strategy and vision to improve users’ satisfaction (NPS) and service adoption, which was evident in the following:→ Directed user research and conducted market analysis to improve future service prospects against the market that was evaluated highly by the Forrester Wave Report at the end of 2020 within the product vision field;→ Build a hypothesis funnel based on a combination of user research results and semantic analysis of NPS feedback to speed up the discovery process by 75%;→ Shaped a gradual launch strategy for the 'New Wrike Experience' that was aligned with the customer base and successfully conducted an A/B test as an initial gate.

Initially, when I joined Wrike, I was responsible for a platform feature, Spaces, that reshaped the way how teams, groups and departments work with service by enabling them to define and manage their own hubs at scale.In this capacity, I led the introduction and launch of Spaces, which was evident in the following:→ Came up with an approach of onboarding through successful cases that achieved an 80% adoption rate during the Spaces launch;→ Shaped a gradual launch strategy based on onboarding through success cases to speed up the release process, resulting in a 20% improvement in NPS among top-tier users;→ Directed user research regarding Space’s adoption, identified and capitalised on a pivotal opportunity for a suite of features, the 'New Wrike Experience'.
