Prepare, review, and revise policies, terms, conditions, rules, and contracts for the provision of retail electric services.Interpret and direct the application of policies, terms, conditions, rules, and contracts for the provisions of retail electric services, including the calculation and verification of rates for organizations within the Company.Recommend, create, and coordinate the development of new tariffs and revisions to existing tariffs for retail electric services, using knowledge of the financial and operational requirements of providing such services.Respond to inquiries internal and external to the Company regarding Company policies, terms, conditions, rules, and contract forms for the provision of retail electric services made by entities outside the Company.Provide expert testimony at litigated proceedings concerning electric ratemaking issues. Assist in and/or review the Company's testimonies and supporting documentation for formal and informal customer complaint cases, rate cases and rate/policy working groups, before the public utility commission (e.g., the Illinois Commerce Commission) and for regulatory and legal hearings before the public utility commission and other jurisdictions.Perform and review analyses related to the pricing, terms, conditions, and rules for the provision of retail electric services. Develop financial modeling methods for use in analyses.

Management responsibility for the detailed design, testing, implementation, on-going performance and documentation of the business processes for wholesale supplier and PJM statement accrual, billing and financial reporting and performance of mark-to-market margining and collateral processing under wholesale supply agreements. Ongoing responsibility for performing processes. Coordinate Block Energy and Renewable Energy Certificate RFPs in accordance with procurement plans established by the ICC, IPA, and NERA. Review and process supplier pre-bid and post-bid collateral postings (Cash and Letters of Credit). Execute Energy Supplier billing. Record and retire RECs through PJM GATS and M-RETS systems.Review and submission of energy schedules, capacity obligations, network service billing determinants, and calculating/submitting 60-day reconciliations under PJM. Ongoing responsibility for performing daily processes. Verify generation and tie-line values with neighboring market participants as part of the zonal check-out process under PJM. - Protect the Company’s assets through the execution and management of field investigations of bodily injury, property damage and company damage incidents to include high profile cases with significant monetary exposure. - Establish appropriate reserves on cases in accordance with established accounting principles.- Analyze liability and evaluate financial risk to the company in high complexity injury and large property damage losses. - Create presentations to Senior Management regarding investigations with high impact potential.- Member of rotational duty schedule for on-site response to significant property damage and bodily injury claims.- Certified Quality Assurance Lead Assessor in the Operational Strategy and Business Intelligence group. - Department CAPCO Lead: Corrective action tracking, implementation, and completion.
