My main roles/responsibilities consisted of (but not limited to) - review new development funding application and liaise directly with brokers/introducers/direct customers to progress cases...manage cases through underwriting & legal process as well as complete relevant due diligence...provide clear & consistent communication with brokers, BDM’s and professionals in order to build and maintain positive working relationships...provide support to Relationship Managers by assessing and processing stage drawdowns upon receipt of QS/Valuation Reports...manage the further advance drawdown process from beginning to end (I.E. from preparation of legal documentation through to arranging monies to be transferred via Finance Department upon receipt of required signed paperwork)...conduct post funding site visits to review development progress and monitor risk...keep up to date with market conditions so that strategies and new business decisions can be realigned where required
