This included employee payroll, benefits program, ongoing full-cycle recruitment/selection, file management, performance reviews and Occupational Health & Safety documentation for WorkSafe BC;• Contributed to a positive work environment by developing the first employee policy manual, defining the company culture and key policies/procedures. This included in-depth consultation with management and ensuring legal compliance through research into BC Employment Law. This resulted in recognition by Camosun College for exceptional achievement during a co-op placement.
