Receiving & Checking the tender documents, Drawings, BOQ for MEP services from the estimation department after the project award. Tendering for MEP Works - Scrutinized tender documents, pricing BOQ, Qty take off, sourced out quotations on specify work & queried to consultants for clarifications. Preparation of quotation comparison table and finalizing the unit price Performing site visits and gathering necessary information such as site accessibility, availability of utility services and reporting to the concerned person Sending inquiries and getting quotation for different type of materials, machinery and equipment from local overseas suppliers / manufactures / subcontractors. Coordination with civil, electrical departments to keep accuracy of estimation Prepare value engineering, alternatives and proposals to be submitted to clients Entering the unit rate and Total sum amount in the BOQ Sending queries to the supplier for specification details to get Quotations from specific items Analyzing and compiling data on construction factors, such as labor, materials, special machinery requirements and site location. Familiar with ASTM, ANSI, ASME, NFPA Send Enquires to Supplier and get a quotation Include the Man Power and Placed in a BOQ.
