Duties/Responsibilities: Management of total Merchandising and Production, identifies and research new strategies.To guide factory peoples to ensure efficient on time production of quality product. Proper planning for full fill monthly capacity booking and handle smoothly.Communicate T & A planning with production. Manage Work in Progress and T & A reports.Lead negotiations on cost and delivery and ensure all markup goals are met for samples/products and factories according to company style concept.Review and evaluate market trends and development and communicate to merchants.Work and partner with Buyers on seasonal development, production and forecast needs.Attend Buying meeting as necessary for order negotiation and future business development. Troubleshoot print / pattern/ material execution with designers, merchandisers and vendors.Weekly sourcing & production updates with buyers and cross-functional teams.Work to resolve and communicate production delays, production and quality issues.Give on-going training and guidance to merchandising staff to ensure they are able to perform their responsibilities.
