For over a decade, I have been an integral member of LEGO Education's C-level leadership team, serving as CFO and reporting to the president of the company. During this time, my team grew from 2 to 35 employees. LEGO Education is a global leader in educational solutions combining technology and physical LEGO® bricks. The business operates independently within the LEGO Group with its own distinct governance structure, strategy, and operations. It is a mid-sized, international, full-value-chain business with turnover exceeding 1 billion DKK and 240 employees. Its size facilitates agile execution, quick decision-making processes and a culture that encourages close collaboration across teams. I have been instrumental in shaping and executing the financial and strategic direction, leading the finance function since 2013 and business development since 2016. Additionally, from 2016 to 2023, I also led the Operations team.
