My place of deployment is Hyderabad. However area of operations is south India for sales. I am also called upon to travel outside South India for a specific Sales task.I am responsible for all the activities related to Sales in the area specified above.Job Objective:Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities. Lead Staffs and direct sales team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establish plan and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.Responsibilities:Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

Worked as Business Development Account Manager in Electronics Surveillance System some of key customers were Defense establishment in Hyderabad, Hyderabad Police Dept. etc. and other MNC's and Indian Corporate Companies.Worked closely with product marketing to ensure that products and services met market needs and were executed on time and on budget.Basic Function was Monitoring the sales revenues of the salespersons, products etc.,Evaluating the performance of various products, customer categories such as private, Govt sales etc., on parameters like profits, volume and cash flows.Single point of contact and manageing key accounts.
