Roles and Responsibilities:Mobilization of potential Farmers • Created the platform of doing Bussiness by opportunistic ideas and guided in value addition and trading .• Established the connecting network among farmers to sell agricultural produces.• Organizing and coordinating.• Resolving complex issues • Maintained proper books of accounts and placed the audited accounts to board and shareholders.• Organize meeting and training ( Value addition & Transfer of technology)• Providing quality inputs to Farmers Groups in the village level from farmers common service centre• Executed Profitable Business plan preparation and detailed project report.• Relation management with government officials for Schem and new updates

Roles and Responsibilities:Surveying & Monitring the notified field from sowing to harvest Period• Generating yield estimates while following digital protocol outlined in the preceding paragraphs. • Yield data will be submitted to insurance company within the prescribed time limit• To provide insurance coverage and financial support to the farmers in the event of failure of any of the notified crop as a result of natural calamities, pests & diseases• To stabilizing the income of farmers to ensure their continuance in farming.• To encourage farmers to adopt innovative and modern agricultural practices.
