    The University of San Diego School of Law's Administrative Hearing Program (AHP) is a program dedicated to providing administrative hearing services to local government entities and the public. The AHP provides hearing officer services for the following municipal/local agency administrative enforcement appeals: parking citations; code enforcement actions; administrative citations; civil penalty assessments; permit/license denial, suspension, discipline, and revocation; transient occupancy tax assessments; abatements of public nuisances.
