- After demonstrating solid software development skills as a Quality Assurance Engineer for SHOP.COM for the previous five years service I was asked to help out in another critical area of site development and promoted to a build and release engineer for the live production e-commerce java application servers, test and development servers, and internal tools servers and provided maintenance, installation and support- Responsible for troubleshooting high visibility bugs and issues escalated from Software Quality Assurance department such as possible memory leaks in site systems or direct revenue impacting bugs.
