User Experience Manager
CurrentAs the User Experience Manager for Fruit of the Loom, Inc., I manage the digital identity and performance of four well-known brands: Fruit of the Loom, Vanity Fair Lingerie, Spalding, and Russell Athletic.I ensure that our brand.com sites are user-friendly, consistent, and aligned with our brand and business goals.I also lead team use and improvement of various third-party software solutions, such as Yotpo, Bazaarvoice, Narvar, ID.Me, and Klaviyo.I am responsible for leading the email and SMS programs for all our brands, as well as collaborating with the Paid Search/Digital Media team to optimize the content of our campaigns.I monitor and work as part of a team that drives key performance indicators (KPIs), such as site traffic, engagement through reviews, conversion rates, sales volume/value, and customer loyalty. I also ensure the proper functionality, testing, and support of all our digital solutions.
