I would maintain documentation on all the gear and personal and conduct training when needed. I conduct sight counts of all the gear every opening and closing of the business days. With this position, I was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement medal for my professional manner and for upholding all the regulations. I also passed the Commanding General inspection of 47 points with no discrepancies.
