Job Description Responsible and accountable for partnering in the planning; organizing, Supervising, coaching and evaluating the cementing operations and ensuring the quality of the services provided meet company performance targets, customer and client expectations. This encompasses overseeing pre and post job preparation and operations as well as job execution including loading, transportation and unloading of materials. Promotes good comradery and teamwork amongst the crews as well seek out opportunities and processes to improve job performance as per client requirement and expectation. HSE& Q RESPONIBILITIES• Lead all personal safety training up-to-date, abides with company and clients policies, standards and procedures and actively contribute with proactive reporting cards, audits and exemptions). • Have a champion level knowledge on key HSE standards and act as coach and an auditor on location toward compliance with these standards: • Make sure all equipment to location is 100% compliance with applicable certifications. • Verify crew member’s safety training and document exemptions if an employee with a non-valid certification is to be taken to location.Performance• Ensures equipment is properly used and maintained in line with manufacturing specifications• Serve as a peer reviewer for the job program. Make sure program does not deviate from company standards and procedures and/or equipment capabilities. Provide feedback to the Client Solutions team for improvements in the program.• Ensure full and continued compliance, at all times, with the company work (Cementing & Pumping Services, Job Design, Execution and Evaluation process). • Audit job package once operation have been completed. Make sure it is complete, accurate and legible and that it gets submitted in a timely manner to the client and company management.• Communicates effectively with client, JS and crew in the planning and execution of Pumping services as per job programs.
