Key Responsibilities which is governing Quantity Surveying of Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University construction (Infrastructure & Architecture fit-out works, Project cost: SAR 1.1 Billion).• Take off quantities from drawings and checking with BOQ• Prepare Inspection Reports (IR) with work done quantities and getting approval• Review tender and contract documents for contractual issues.• Coordinate with Planning Engineer to schedule the works.• Prepare Interim payment applications (IPA) and Cost to Control Report (CTC). • Analyze, negotiate and certify Subcontractor’s payment applications.• Identify Variation work and prepare the Variation Order (VO).• Assess Variation cost proposals, Rate analysis and Claims.• Evaluate Extension of Time (EOT) regarding Subcontractor’s documents.• Identify cost-saving opportunities and prepare cost comparisons for alternative materials or methods for consideration• Coordinate with subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing information.• Prepare rate breakdown for the new item and coordinate with the senior estimator in pricing.• Monitor resources, progression and early notification of any contract obligation failures.

Key Responsibilities which is governing Quantity Surveying, Procurement and Construction Management of Metro Colombo Urban Development Project (Roads, Drainage Structures, Landscaping and Commercial Buildings, Project cost: USD 213 Million).• Prepare Tender document for submission of Tenders.• Attend Pre-bid meetings and site visit (issue Addendum if necessary).• Perform as a Member/Chairman of Technical Evaluation Committee (TEC) and prepare TEC reports.• Review Tender and Contract documents for the contractual issues.• Review Drawings and Take off quantities. • Coordinate the Contract and Commercial issues (Insurances, Guarantees/bonds) • Evaluate Provisional sum items and issue Engineer Instructions (EI).• Identify Variation work and prepare the Variation Order (VO).• Assess Variation cost proposals, Rate analysis and Claims.• Evaluate Extension of Time (EOT) regarding contractor’s documents.• Timely reply for Contractual letter, Claim notices and detailed Claims according to the conditions of the contract. • Analyze, negotiate and certify the Contractor’s payment application based on the Contract.• Provide assistance to the team during negotiations or any other forms of clarification.• Attend Progress review meetings and Project meetings.• Prepare Contract Agreement, Substantial Completion Certificate and Taking Over Certificate (TOC).• Evaluate Interim payment applications and Final statement application.

PROPOSED HOUSING COMPLEX AT EDIRISINGHA WATTA, KOTTAHENAKey Responsibilities :• Review Drawings and Take-off quantities.• Manage Subcontractors and Suppliers.• Check quantities, review particular conditions of the contract and prepare Prime cost analysis.• Prepare Variation cost proposals, Rate analysis and Claims.• Preparation of Budget, implementing and monitoring various Cost control tools and Techniques.• Prepare BOQ and define scope for special works for subcontracting.• Prepare Interim payment applications.• Obtain approvals from Contractor prior to commence Piling works.• Prepare Daily Progress Reports, Cost Monitoring Sheets and Piling Documents.• Proper management of Materials, Manpower and Machineries. • Provide Steel Reinforcement details and Concrete volume to Contractor for approval.• Make arrangements for checking Density, Viscosity and Ph value of Bentonite Slurry.• Coordinate with Consultant and Contractor for Concrete Cube Test.• Make arrangements for PDA, PIT and Static Loading Tests.• Monitor Physical Progress of work with respect to the Master Program. • Identify and prepare documents for Pile Build-up and Pile Hacking.• Prepare documents for Progress Meeting at once a week. • Follow remedial actions for Weak Piles decided at the Progress Meeting with Sub-contractor.• Close out all QA/QC and Safety Issues.

PROPOSED COMMERCIAL BUILDING AT RATHMALANAKey Responsibilities :• Setting out Survey co-ordinates for Column locations by using Total Station.• Supervise the site works as per Structural and Architectural drawings. • Prepare Bar- Schedules and check dimensions of Steel Reinforcements before using.• Inspect Roof and Finishing works. • Issue Site Instructions after frequent Safety Inspection.• Proper management of Materials, Manpower and Machines.• Coordinate with Sub-contractors for the smooth flow of work.• Monitor Physical Progress of work with respect to the Master Program• Close out all QA/QC and Safety Issues.

PROPOSED HOUSING COMPLEX AT WELLAWATTEKey Responsibilities :• Handle Labours at site.• Prepare Daily Progress Reports and inform Site Engineer.• Setting out for Slab, Beams and Sunsets by using levelling instrument.• Inspect Steel Reinforcement work as per Structural drawings. • Supervise Shuttering and Concreting works.• Supervise Retaining wall construction.
