As a spiritual yoga practitioner and entrepreneur, my journey has taken a predictable but equally challenging pathway to realising continual growth. Since moving to Sheffield, UK in 2011, I have dedicated myself to the study, practice and business of yoga. Managing Director of Soul Fire Studios since 2019, and co-founder of Hot Yoga Sheffield in 2014, the past decade has provided me with insight into maintaining vibrant health, seeking supportive women, and navigating the personal terrain of self-confidence to share more fully with the world, especially through writing.
