Working alongside the PMO Director, my role is to support the global rollout of projects & programmes.Knowledge sharing and increasing the capability of Global IT by developing communication plans, materials and the maintenance of an accessible library of training media.The role requirements are to lead projects, work with countries to help identify change impact and highlight lessons learnt from previous implementations. Supporting the PMO, the role includes project proposal reviews, project assurance reviews and offering support to individual Project Managers, Sponsors and other project team members to increase successful project delivery.

Main Responsibilities• Facilitate / Manage customer requirement gathering• Software set up & configuration• Provide full consultancy service (Pre and post sales)• Ensure full functionality is deployed and used by each customer resulting in full benefit realisation• Support the Business Development Managers & Operational support resource team• Performance and service review (Support pre-defined review points through the contract to ensure the full benefits are being realised)• Continuous Improvement to processes• Pass through of new system releases, informing of new functionality and benefits• Customer relationship management• Product road map development, implementation and deployment

Javelin is a global programme development and implementation project to streamline internal work-processes and standardise various systems in to a single ecosystem across the business. As one of two UK Change Champions I assisted in the roll-out to the UK and Ireland businesses by leading workshops, training sessions and providing a link to the development teams.
