- Lecture/lab TA for 1st year general chemistry as well as 1st and 2nd year organic chemistry- Supervising lab experiments for groups of up to 30 students, marking of lab reports/exams, and running weekly tutorial sessions to cover course material

Gleason- Designed, synthesized, and evaluated new VDR agonist/HDACi hybrids to display improved pharmacokinetic profiles in the treatment of an aggressive triple-negative breast cancer- Conducted enzymatic and cellular assays to assess the efficacy of all synthesized targets

Advisor: Prof. Marceline Côté- Developed and synthesized biodegradable polymeric nanoparticles that encapsulated an antiviral peptide for the inhibition of new and emerging viruses such as Ebola virus and the Lassa virus- Tested nanoparticle efficacy in cells as well as examined their physical properties such as release profile, size, and surface charge
