Prioritize repair schedule for customer returns and communicate the repair status to customers as well as internal management. Distribute finalized documentation of RMA when repaired, and return equipment to customer. Set up, maintain, and update customer information database. Both Microsoft and proprietary computer programs used. Package product for shipment (small parcels and palletized freight). Prepare shipping paperwork online via UPS, FedEx Freight, or Con-Way websites. Communicate with customers via phone, email, fax, and in-person. Assist other departments as needed.
