• Sketched and laid out flow of operations and manuals of procedures to standardize frequent tasks as studio database and financial information for their new location.• Provided financial project planning and support to better understand and supply strategic schedules and workshops using MS Excel by creating charts from reports that consolidate attendance and income every third month• Project management assistant for summer tour fund raising events.

· Prepare final set of drawings for mechanical parts using plywood, sheet metal, fasteners and bought components including the specific details in the bill of materials as required by clients.· Update existing prototype models and information to release the parts and assemblies package ready to manufacture in assemblies maps and Gantt charts. · Constantly keep contact with engineer to discuss information that could allow having a better understanding of the parts to be adapted, as clients require, from the sketching stage. · Download prototypes and uploaded modified parts to main server making certain to keep assemblies relations. · Ensure that the designs are in line with industry standards and requirements.· Making changes to the prototypes to efficiently and skilfully benefit of design CAD features.
