KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :Ensuring seamless supply of quality profiles for all departments and functions of the company and against all vacanciesConducting interviews, performance reviews & coordinating with all the Staff for their daily scheduleHandling the entire sourcing processUnderstanding the job description and sourcing and screening suitable profiles through various job portals and sourcesHaving the experience of various selection process and must be able to conduct different type of interviews such as telephonic, Skype and personal.Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.Handle recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joinsConducting Interview thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates technical skills and competencies and assess candidates ability to fit the work environment.Placing the right candidates and closing positions and meeting the revenue targetsMaintaining database and daily trackerScreening candidates resumes and job applicationsConducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within scheduled time.Assessing applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudesOn boarding new employees to become fully integratedActing as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processBeing Responsible for the entire Recruitment cycle.Handling Recruitments for Junior, Middle & Higher profileScheduling the Candidates & Coordinating for interviews.End to End recruitment experience including sourcing, background checks, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, salary and closing.Building references and following up with candidates until their joining.

Ensuring that the candidates is joining on time by keeping them engage.Negotiation with the candidates with their salary and joining date.Interacting with the clients on a regular basis for new requirements.
