- Manage the total IT and Network system of every location including Australia, India, and Srilanka- - Manage the CRM system (Agentcis)- Office Automation- Google Workspace management- Vendor management, procurement and purchase- Implement new technologies to ensure smooth business operation- IT Inventory Control and asset management

- Ensure effective IT service management, monitoring, and maintaining Information Technology standard- Configure, manage and maintain different routers (Mikrotik), APs, NVR, IP PABX (Elastix, Vicidial)- Ensure installation of standard and approved software- Maintain a secure IT environment with different cybersecurity software (SentinelOne, Bitdefender)- Manage virtual machine VMware (ESXi)- IT Inventory Control and asset management- IT infrastructure planning and renovation- Implement new technologies to ensure the smooth business operation- Provide necessary solutions to relevant teams if any major technical problems/issues escalated and follow up- Have to maintain SLA through Jira Service Management- Maintenance and management of the IT infrastructure

-Office Network management using VLANs-Ensuring smooth and uninterrupted Connectivity with remote locations-Mikrotik Router and Access Point management and troubleshooting-Project planning and IT infrastructure upgrading-Office Laptop, Desktop, Scanners, Printers, etc installing and troubleshoot-IPPBX Server, CC Camera Server-Installing different Software in different OS (Windows, Linux, macOS)-IT and Software training of office staff-Windows Server Management-POS (Point of Sale) System

-Configuring, Maintaining & Troubleshooting of Cisco & Mikrotik routers, Access Point (Unifi, Cambium, Cisco), NVR, DVR, CCTV Camera, Getaway, Point to Point Radio, etc. in client end-VOIP Server & IP Phone both Hardware and Software Based (Elastix, FreePBX)-Working in FTTH network with OLT and ONU-Have to give technical support to the client using remote desktop-Managing RMA Tickets-Support Marketing & Sales team with technical knowledge-Maintaining a good relationship with clients
