Born and raised in Venezuela, I moved to Florida in 2016 to pursue my dreams in the creative world. With a strong passion for graphic design and a deep interest in arts, I recently graduated with an AA in Graphic Design. Additionally, I'm excited to share that I'm planning to transfer to FIU next year to further pursue my Bachelors and enhance my skills in my Graphic Design field.Alongside my art and design expertise, I bring over 3 years of valuable customer service experience, having worked as a Customer Service Associate at Oliver Gal Artist Company. There, I developed my skills in customer care and enhanced the customer service experience by offering wall art suggestions/assortments based on their aesthetics and home decor. There, I mastered the use of organizational software systems such as Wrike, Metronome, Gmail, Salesforce, among others. I am a Native Spanish Speaker with a high proficiency in English, so I was able to bring a top-notch experience and ability to connect with diverse audiences.I am a very creative person, adept at multitasking, thriving in teamwork, and excelling in problem-solving scenarios. My flexibility and adaptability enable me to tackle new challenges with enthusiasm. I bring a unique blend of creativity, versatility, and strong interpersonal skills to every project I undertake.
