• Over 5 years of experience as a Workday Techno Functional consultant and as ERP Consultant in Workday HCM.• Expertise in Workday Configurations, Integrations, reporting, security, testing and migrations.• Expert knowledge in Workday Core HR, Staffing, Academics, Student, Core & Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent & Recruitment modules.• Experience with multiple full project lifecycle implementations on Talent and Recruitment.• Expertise in designing business flow diagrams and processes, which included processes in Staffing, organizations, job catalogs, compensation elements, benefit components, recruitment and worker identifiers.• In-depth understanding of Workday HCM and Financial integration and dependencies.• Expertise in Custom reports using calculated fields, EIBs (Inbound/Outbound), Core connectors.• In depth knowledge of Organizational structures and hierarchies and Maintenance and creation of Workday Supervisory Organizations, Locations, Positions, Job profiles, Cost centers, Cost Center hierarchies and custom organizations.• Experience in Workday data migration through to Workday from PeopleSoft and Oracle HR system.• Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements/processes and developing specification design documents.• Skilled in technical and functional design, coding, unit and user acceptance testing to support multiple deliverables.• Excellent communication, professional skills and analytical skills, self-motivated and active team leader and player.
