He represents and protects the interests of the client throughout the duration of the building contract. He will perform as a communications bridge, and the custodian of the contract and its requirements.

Performed in the capacity of Project Director, responsible for mobilization, setting up and the delivery of Nad Al Sheba development infrastructure & road works.Area Infrastructure comprising of roads, deep storm & sewer networks, potable water network installations involving tie in to DEWA transmission lines, irrigation & firefighting networks, street lighting, electrical & telecommunication networks ,relocation and slewing of underground cables (11&33KV), duct banks, shutdown works for the installation of protection sleeves, Storm, Sewer &Irrigation pumping stations and a 4.5 km long pressure Rising Main to be installed along street 34 by open cut/NDRC& Pipe Jacking methods.

•Carrying out the works efficiently in accordance with the Construction drawings, Specification and within the budgeted cost.•Task organisation of Manpower (3000 personnel) and machinery as per construction program.•Ensure that construction methods are planned, recorded and executed as per the organisations Quality procedures.•Supervision and Co-ordination of various Sub-Contractors (nominated & domestic) and monitoring their progress.•Record contractual variations and forward to commercial dept. for putting up claims to consultants and sub contractors.•Organising safety meetings to ensure that health and safety standards are met on site.
