Having 38 years of Industrial experience in various levels in Production, Quality, Research and development and new Product development. (Which include various segments like processed foods, spice extraction and oleoresins, Confectioneries, Fruit Bars & Egg products). During my tenure I have involved in various multi functional activities like Food safety team leader, corporate social responsibility, SMETA, SEDEX, Global GAP & 5S programmer etc.Part of our QA system , I have been involved in Vendors Audit, Customer Audit (Overseas and Domestic) Food safety System & Hygiene Audit etc which is relevant to GFSI, FSMS, FSSC and BRC standard, Halal & Kosher certification etc.Also actively involved in regulatory compliances such as FSSAI, EIA , PCB etc Currently employed ( Head R & D and NPD ) with India’s Largest manufacturer and exporters of Tropical fruit pulp and concentrates such as Mango ,Papaya, Guava and Tomato ( both aseptically and Canning ) and Green Chilly and Red Chilly puree and Paste ( both aseptic and non aseptic) and Tamarind Paste .
