Experienced Professor with a history of cardiovascular research, developing computer programs and apps for teaching physiology, and running a business, all at the same time. He is one of the inventors of the AVOXimeter 1000E, the most widely used oximeter in the cardiac cath labs of American hospitals as well as the AVOXimeter 4000, the first and only co-oximeter than measured the 4 main species of hemoglobin without rupturing red blood cells.
