Seeing is Believing is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that focuses on meeting the optometry needs of those in developing countries. Founded with the desire to bring as much change as possible, the organization has been donating thousands of pairs of eyeglasses each year to those in need. All members of the organization work solely on a volunteer basis.

Responsibilities include head of marketing, recruiting, program development and expansion, fundraising, and international relations.

Chiasm is Brigham Young University's undergraduate neuroscience research Journal. Parker oversaw a team of 5-10 students in the selection, editing, formatting, and publication of research submissions.
