Assist the Vice President of Operations, together with the Executive's Directors, in all capacities of various meetings, invoicing and projects and also construction projects by assisting the Executive, various Directors, Architects, General Contractors and Accounting with the coordination and progression of active construction projects including construction contracts, processing pay applications, change orders and other project documentation all while maintaining facility construction timelines and budgets. This process would include coordinating, attending all project meetings, preparing project notes/minutes for distribution, together while being liaison between contractor and hospital with regard to other needs they may have related to the project.Also assist the Chief Nursing Officer and her Nursing staff in various duties such as assisting with the On-Boarding process of Travel Nurses and invoicing, attend and take Meeting Minutes, schedule meetings/calls for the CFO and various Nursing Directors and Managers under her direction. Operational support of the Vice President’s Directors that oversee the following departments; Plant Operations, Environmental Services, Security, Food Services, Radiology, Oncology, Laboratory, and Neuro Science.
