Over this time period, managed all aspects of account relationships for multi-towered service engagements with:- A 25,000+ seat banking entity located in the Southeast US- An 8000 seat consumer products customer located in Richmond, VA. In addition, took on the responsibility of helping to move forward the methodology used to onboard new customers with respect to account management functions, and provided internal consulting to engagements with service delivery challenges to help get them on track and meeting customer expectations.

Responsible for the delivery and management of a services engagement providing an onsite help desk, desk side support, and local networking services to customer facilities based in the US, Canada, and Latin America.

Responsible for the design and implementation of the worldwide deployment, management, and reporting processes relating to end-user devices in a 100K+ seat environment. Architected the foundation for a fully automated, data-driven and module device deployment platform deployed across 5 continents, resulting in decreased build times and costs, higher quality of deployment, and metrics based data capture to drive future learnings and seed future transformation.
