Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President - Spark Power Renewables, my roles and responsibilities include:- Develop, implement and maintain the Quality, Health & Safety Management system to ensure compliance with the ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards.- Ensure the QHS performance meets the internal and external requirements.- Promote and support organizational safety culture.- Guide and support Operation Managers (wind, solar and solutions) to deal with daily quality and safety issues.- Support functions to standardize and improve business processes.- Performance data analysis and report (monthly, quarterly, annually).- Manage and support HSEQ team.

I started my career at the entry level as a Health & Safety Coordinator and was promoted to the Health & Safety and Quality Manager after less than 2 years. While working for One Wind Inc., I had successfully:• Initiated, promoted, and maintained the observation program, an outstanding One Wind safety culture based on the “See something, say something and do something” principle.• Guided and supported operation team to deal with daily quality and safety issues.• Developed and maintained safety KPI and database system.• Improved and maintained the Health & Safety Program and Quality Management System to achieve Safety Certificate of Recognition (COR), ISO 9001-2015 certificate, and be ready for ISO 45001certification. • Established, implemented, and maintained SiteDocs, an online safety platform, to improve the effectiveness of safety and quality management. • Supported, improved, and standardized business process: on-boarding, off-boarding, training, PPE & tooling management, vehicle management

I started my job at the Harbour Bridges as an intern Safety Advisor and was temporally promoted to the acting Safety Manager during the very last phase of the Big Lift project. While working for the Harbour Bridges, I had successfully: • Supported Safety Manager in annual COR audit and developing corrective actions;• Developed forms and spreadsheets for managing WHMIS-controlled products, tracking and evaluating corrective actions, and collecting safety data for quarterly safety performance reports;• Supported managers/supervisors and JOHSC to conduct workplace inspections, safety audits, incident investigations, and JOSHC meetings.• Revised safety manual and developed four (4) new safe work procedures/instructions.• Revised Safety Training Matrix and work with Human Resources Coordinator to integrate job analysis results into job descriptions• Worked with contractors to ensure the effectiveness of safety plans.

- Delivered basic and intermediate computer skills training for VCLA’s adult learners.- Provided technical support to VCLA members and learners.

Provided technical support to industries to implement the "Cleaner Production in Industries" program which sponsored by the Danish government.Developed training programs and worked as training manager and trainer for “Cleaner production and consulting skills” training courses organized by Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Worked as an ISO Advisor to support Japanese manufacturers and their supply chains to setup Quality Management System (QMS) ISO9001, Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHS) OHSAS 18001 and Environmental Management System (EMS) ISO14001 (including RoHS directive compliance).

Worked as an advisor to provided ISO, QA/QC technical support to construction, processing, and manufacturing industry.

Prepared Environmental Impact Assessment Reports for infrastructure projects and Environmental & Safety Management Plan for construction sites.
