Currently facilitating the Arla S&OP process, referred to by our CEO as “the pulse of Arla”, for both our global supply chain and the European Commercial leadership team. As owner of the meetings, I am responsible for scoping and collecting scenarios, through a team of planners and supply chain stakeholders End-2-End. Matching commercial strategies with supply chain capabilities, enables us to proactively identify and evaluate bottlenecks, initiating discussions of CAPEX vs. substitution timely. Part of the role is supporting the design and implementation of the S&OP transition towards Integrated Business Planning (IBP).In addition to the S&OP, I am part of a team (of 8 executives) designing the End-2-End planning landscape, delivering part of the Arla strategy.

The position was created to build a centralised organisation for operational planning & scheduling supporting production sites across Arla. As Advisory Team representative I have been part of setting strategic direction and roadmap within planning in Arla. Through participation in designing and implementing S&OE, supported by SAP/APO & IBP, I have been part of bridging the organisational silos and the link between tactical and operational planning.Establishing and heading up a Global Site Planning Community across plants in core markets and categories, enabling and driving knowledge sharing and best practices.Product Owner [SAFe methodology] on SAP/APO site planning harmonisation project across +60 production sites, supporting both site and End-2-End planning in Arla.

- Role divided between participating in, and developing planning related projects as well as creating and coordinating inputs for Arlas’ global S&OP process. - Planning related projects ranging from implementation of Capacity Requirements Planning (APO) at 12 European production sites, in multiple markets, to process definitions for end-to-end planning, securing alignment throughout the entire supply chain. - During project implementations, I have facilitated multiple workshops with the objective of presenting and developing solutions, as well as achieving the needed commitment to succeed. Working with multiple functions within the Milk & Yoghurt category has required strong communicational skills, translating complex information across functions.

- Strong focus towards planning for both retail and trading customers, securing utilisation of the excess raw material in Arla. - Global allocation of production according to local constraints and available resources, securing an optimised set-up and utilisation of raw materials. - Developing and improving the IT planning infrastructure has been key in matching short term changing market demands with available production capabilities
