--- JOB ROLE ---- Taking care of $21 mln business turnover with a YoY growth target of 10%.- Key Contact Person for the mentioned customers.- Planning for new season sampling aligning with capacity | Sales | production budget, secure raw materials.- Collaborate with design & technical team for trend analysis, design development & make ready seasonal collection offers to customers.- Product risk analysis, and product design according to customer preferences.- Planning, developing & implementing merchandising strategies that are in harmony with market trends, customer preferences, and business objectives.- Ensure seamless merchandising follow-up from inquiries to shipments daily.- Costing review, price negotiation & order confirmation.Manage production, capacity, and sales effectively to meet budgeted targets. Review capacity status every week with the central planning team. - Review and finalize the T&A calendar for confirmed orders & supervise the handover meeting between the development & execution teams.- Weekly order status review with the execution team.- Attending weekly operations, OTT (on-time tracking), capacity, and sales review meetings with relevant departments for smooth operation.- Resolve day-to-day challenges with expert troubleshooting. - Prepare seasonal comprehensive business overview and performance report/presentation for each customer season end.- Collaborate closely with all supporting personnel and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations, and take on additional responsibilities as the management needs.

--- JOB ROLE ----- Identifying & developing relationships with new suppliers to diversify the company’s sourcing base.--Identify & select the appropriate suppliers for each product based on quality, capacity, and cost-effectiveness assessment carried out through performance history & profile.--Monitor vendor orders & development collection from other customers to identify suitable which can be incorporated into our customer range.--Supervising sample development through comprehensive risk analysis with the technical team, costing & price negotiation, and securing orders.--Entry the PO’s in the Order master tracker (total business intel in the internal system by value/volume/color/style etc.)--Follow up sample approval stages i.e. buying sample, fit sample, gold seal - sample with technical team & vendors.--Coordinate with suppliers to accurately place orders on schedule and track/manage order progress to ensure timely delivery.--Cross-check all layouts for trim/accessories with vendors & arrange approval from buyers.--Follow up vessel booking given by vendors online to ensure all deliveries are going on the scheduled vessel.--Liaison buyer & supplier for day-to-day communication, follow up production until Cargo handover.
