Pattern planning for entire module and tracking plan vs actual.Determining the materials needed for production based on the master production schedule and current inventory levels.Assessing the production capacity of resources, such as equipment and labor, and ensuring it aligns with the production requirements.Distribution of work to operators in-order to achieve daily production target.Developing a detailed schedule that specifies when and how production tasks will be performed, considering resource availability, dependencies, and constraints.Monitoring and controlling the actual production activities, ensuring that they adhere to the planned schedule and quality standards.Implementing measures to ensure that products meet the desired quality specifications, including inspection and testing processes.Identifying areas for improvement in the production process and implementing changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality..
