• Responsible for handling team or leading the team including new Recruiters, mentoring Recruiters within the team, and deploying the proper recruiting resources to ensure coverage of requirements.• Working and serving direct client domains like BFSI, Capital Market, Telecommunications equipment, Semiconductor, Health, and Pharmaceutical.• Specialist in Cloud technologies like AWS/ Azure, Blockchain, Information Security, Cyber Security, Information Risk, Java, .NET, and Networking.• Dealing with consultants on Citizen, GC, TN and EAD, etc. Negotiating the rates on Contract, Contract to hire, full-time/Permanent basis.• Understanding the client’s requirements, coordinating for shortlisting and screening including preliminary interview of the candidates.• Check references and present qualified candidates to clients through a customized resume including a compelling synopsis.• Responsible for negotiating Salary/Rates as per US Taxation terms on W2/C2C only. • Expertise working on Vendor Management Systems (VMS) / Managed Service Provider (MSP) like analysis.• Extensive experience working on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Job Diva.• Extensive experience working on career websites like JD, Dice, TechFetch, Monster, Career Builder, indeed, Ladder, LinkedIn, and Social networking sites.‬‬‬‬‬‬
