An experienced Senior Manager working within an established Global Facilities and property management team.- Reporting to Global Head, Property & Facilities.- Responsible for management of critical engineering assets and environments for all global offices.- Establish effective governance via a standardised approach to best engineering practise noting discrepancies in regional compliance.- Develop and maintain standard operating and escalation procedures- Manage and maintain a global engineering asset verification programme and subsequent life cycle replacement programme.- Act as the SME for all global engineering initiatives including capex infrastructure and fit-out projects. - Develop and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders across the business particularly with Technology infrastructure peers.- Introduce energy efficiency initiatives where applicable to reduce consumption through digital led maintenance.- Validate energy performance data through trend analysis as part of ECR Scope 1 & 2 consumption reporting. - Responsible for management of 3rd party engineering contractors / specialists.- Oversee the financial management of engineering infrastructure services.

Responsible for the smooth running of a large portfolio of Mobile Building Services Contracts, together with a portfolio of High End Residential properties.Reporting into the Manchester office, this role covered contracts across the UK, supporting a number of high profile customers with the smooth running of their Building Services. The main focus of this role was the integration of various contracts from different business groups that were acquired by Initial. This was achieved by maintaining close customer contact and thorough review of all Customer Contracts that were acquired. There was also a focus on maintaining the existing teams supporting the contracts whilst ensuring that over a period of time they formed part of the new Initial Technical Services culture.Maintaining financial control and ensuring the profitability of the contracts were also a direct responsibility of this role.

I am responsible for the delivery of a Mobile business across the UK. A Senior Management Role having 40 indirect reports and 7 direct reports including Middle Management, Engineering and Administrative staff. I am responsible for developing a team capable of delivering at the highest levels to our customers, ensuring compliance with statutory and legislative governance. A key part of the role is to maintain a close focus on customer relationships whilst ensuring continuous improvement to the services is achieved. In this role I have been responsible for developing the strategy for the Mobile business and the departmental budget and also the on-going financial control and reporting to the business. I have also had extensive and successful experiences managing high level HR matters including large scale TUPE transfers, redundancy processes and areas of conflict management.

During this time I was responsible for a number of Building Services Contracts in the South East. A Senior Management Role having around 30 indirect reports and 8 direct reports including Contract Management, Engineering and Administrative staff. I successfully helped to develop this business, adding key contracts, realising around £2m growth within a 12m period. Delivering a high level of service delivery whilst keeping a close focus on our customers requirements. Delivering to agreed budgets and having full P&L responsibility I delivered contracts ensuring close cost control with low WIP and Debt profiles. As part of this role I had involvement and responsibility for the tendering of new contracts, this also included the successful mobilisation of a number of key multi-million pound contracts..

In this role I had the responsibility for the delivery of a number of Building Services Contracts and large turnkey projects across the South East. In this role I was responsible for the statutory and legislative compliance through all areas of service delivery. A function of this role was business development and as such included bid writing, sales presentations and full tender management. Successful growth was achieved during this period and contracts such as Coke Cola and Edexcel were added.

In this role I had the responsibility for delivering a large building services contract worth around £2.5m per annum to Tullett Prebon an International Stock Brokerage. The sites covered were highly critical including full Data Centre Management and the smooth running of the associated infrastructure. One of the sites had a trading floor with over 750 traders operating on a daily basis. The contracts for this client were retained year on year with the latest contract being signed for a 5 year term. The role included full Contract management including HSQE, Financial Control, Team development, HR/Conflict resolution and Critical engineering.
