I am constantly learning and seeking the next best thing in a digital world that continues to evolve. My experience in managing all things digital has given me a good base of knowledge but in the digital world, there is never an end to new effective ways to market and communicate. I have been the client-side lead on digital projects including website redesign, app creation while also leading the development and management of email marketing and social media strategy. This experience has led me to continue to develop my knowledge of consumer behaviour online. As digital marketers, we are always evolving to suit the new needs of the customer and ensuring that we can continue to meet their needs. Along with these projects, I have helped to lead teams through much larger ventures where the cooperation of all departments is necessary to accomplish the goal. These projects have helped to establish a knowledge of working with people and realizing that flexibility is important to work in teams as we all work towards the same goal. I am continually looking for new opportunities to grow and learn both about the digital world and the management of people. Helping people work better with technology while working towards the use of new technology to market and communicate with customers is my passion and continuing to develop that passion is an ever-moving goal.
