o End to End data services planning , design , architecture , QoE with Efficacy (Top Digital Services’ KQIs from Customer point of view), planning network readiness to adapt services at best performing level, Identifying possible risk zones and readiness of mitigation plan.o Establish partnership with Global Digital Service Providers/OTT (Google, Facebook, PageBites, Amazon, CloudFlare, etc.) to install and manage Content Caching, Hosting , Peering , CDN, Network Accelerator in order to achieve Differential Customer Experienceo Local/Global Internet services strategy and superior data services management with external transit service providers - optimize Internet Services Topology to reduce Latency, enhance TCO efficiency, service enhancement of transit providers.o Device profiling before showcasing to ensure best customer experience through device UAT, profiling before market showcasing, content/transport Optimization profile cross check with particular device model.o Design & Delivery of Digital Services’ Performance monitoring platform and tune the level of performance in order to make the output reliableo Customer Feedback analysis on Top data services/devices and action - analysis of Customer Feedbacks, communicate to Device vendors and OTT players to decrease customer complaints with ambition of revamping customer complaint handling process to reduce TAT (Turn Around Time).o Development of predictive models for smart investment (CapEx Optimization) and root cause analysis (OpEx Optimization) , Using Social Network data to identify real customer problems and use this as an input for Investment Prioritization (best Value for CapEx & OpEx)o Introduce IoT, predictive Event Management, Innovative Enterprise Solutions
